Suction dildo doesn’t stick to any surface :(

So, I’ve have had this dildo for a while, and I believe it has always being like this. I tried with any surface, and after a few seconds it falls off 🙁
Any tips on how I could fix it? Without having to buy another dildo. Different people online recommended heating it up, using adhesive tape, vaseline… I have water based lubricants that I could try.
