Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. This policy ensures the utmost hygiene standards and customer satisfaction.

Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is considered non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

Examples of such items include, but are not limited to:

  • Anal Toys, Beads, and Plugs
  • Cock and Ball Devices, Cock Rings, and Cock Sleeves

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you can do so free of charge as long as the goods have not been dispatched. However, once the goods are delivered, we only accept returns or exchanges in case of the item is defective. If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact our customer service promptly to initiate the return process, our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve the situation by: replacing the original item, substituting a similar item or refunding your money. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. When emailing about an item defect, please state the following information, your order number, along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the return address which is 12133 Royal Point Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45249), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, etc.

In addition, once we receive your refund request because of an item defect, we will process it within 48 hours with a full refund. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your payment bank account depends on the regulations of your bank.
