Fun Factory’s Vim Wand often breaks down

I was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or knows what might be the best approach. I bought a nice blue vim vibrator about 9 months ago. It worked great until recently when it wouldn’t vibrate at all unless I slapped it really hard. It would whir a little and then work. Then finally it would do nothing. Contacted the fun factory for a replacement, waited a week and when I received my new toy it worked fine after charging it for 8 hours with the included cable. Turned it on for a while to check if it actually worked. It did work but when I turned it on the next day it only made a whirring and high pitched whining noise. It also made a little rumbling noise when the head of the toy was pressed down. They said they would replace this toy as well but that would be the last time. I’m worried they’ll send me another broken toy again. If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to fix this toy I would be more than happy to help.
