Middleton resident Peter Wade, 90, and his wife Eileen, 89, got married in 1958 and said they still enjoy each other.

The two met cute while they were in school in Manchester. They say that their secret to harmonious marriage is tolerance.

“Accepting people have almost nothing, it’s part of marriage. You can’t just walk away,” Peter said.
