Rose G-spot Vibrator Review – Are Cheap Amazon Sex Toys OK?

Rose G-spot Vibrator Review - Are Cheap Amazon Sex Toys OK?

I’ve covered this toy before, but only briefly in the all-encompassing G-spot review feature. Today, we’re going to take a deeper dive. Mainly because I’m determined to find presentable Sex toys do cost well into the three figures.

Package

It’s pretty basic, but what do you expect from a cheap toy. To be honest, I threw it away before I realized I wanted to write a review. But trust me, it’s nothing great to talk about.

Plain cardboard with little to no branding and bubble wrap (I washed the toy a dozen times after opening it). Things are a little dented but that’s to be expected after such a long shipping.

Material

The mold is inlaid with pink ABS plastic and tiny silver sequins.

ABS is harmless to the human body. And, with so much junk out there, it would be nice to find an ABS that is reasonably priced and made of a material that won’t corrode your genitals. There are no chemicals or “new car smell”. All seams are smooth with no stray pieces or debris.

The design

I don’t believe any “waterproof” promises. The rubber ring at the end is splashproof though. The shaft is thin. I guess that’s so they can focus on the G-spot at the end – it’s a simple ball. All in all, it looks like a straight sperm head slamming into a wall.

However, we then encountered another “problem”.

The motor is powered by 2 AA batteries, the motor reflects that, and the price is high – to be honest, even as a clitoral vibrator it’s just “meh”.

This is not necessarily bad Not everyone is a power queen who won’t scream at anything above shivers. If you like your teeth chattering, I’ll look elsewhere.

use

Moderate vibrations were felt in my hands, so it’s no surprise that I wasn’t shocked by them during use. The G-spot curve is adequate for manual stimulation, though I found the curve of the toy, as well as the straight handle, to be a little awkward on my wrist.

I’ve had it for a few months and it hasn’t gone away — it might be a fluke, don’t know.

Carbon copy

This particular vibrator is believed to be a generic toy from an unknown factory. You can find it in several stores, all with slightly different names, including:

  • Adam and Eve’s G-Gasm Joy – Healthy Time
  • G-Gasm Joy – BlueTree Shop
  • G-spot Vibrator – Pink BOB
  • Rose G-spot Vibrator – Too Timid
  • G-Spot Vibrator – Secure Trusted LLCsp

There are also a few versions that have an undisclosed coating on the ABS plastic – they say it’s phthalate-free,” but that doesn’t mean it’s covered in 100% body-safe material. Specifically, Doc Johnson’s “Frisky” and Cloud 9 Novelties’ G-spot vibrator.

Prices range from $10 to $25 – but I would never pay $25.

suggestion

I would recommend this toy to anyone who needs a cheap fix, addition, or experience with a sex toy – especially those who are just starting out.

You won’t get customer service or a return policy with expensive toys, but from that perspective, if you don’t like it, you won’t lose that much money.

Overall, maybe just a 3/5, but Rose G-spot shouldn’t feel too bad about that.

There are other models with very similar shapes and price ranges:

However, if you don’t like cheap stuff, there are plenty of mid-priced toys on the market to choose from, not to mention the higher-priced toys that have better return policies and warranties.
