Are you an Amazon sex tester?

A friend gave me a knockoff Fleshlight as a gag gift, my wife and I opened it and there was a little card inside about being a sex toy tester. Has anyone done this? Is this a scam or legit? I’m guessing it’s a Chinese product because that’s where this one came from.
