Questions About My First Dildo

I (male) am looking for a dildo that can be used both alone (with suction cup) or with a partner (fixed) the ideal length would be between 16 (6.3 in) and 22 cm (8.7 in) with a circumference of about 3 cm (1.2) I don’t want one that is completely rigid so no glass/metal and would like it to be easy to clean/hygienic I only use silicone based lubricants but they are not compatible with silicone toys but if you know of a long lasting water based lubricant I could try it on a low budget (-50) do you have any suggestions or recommendations?
