Tracy Kiss swore off meat – and it transformed her sex life.
The controversial 34-year-old British yogi once had a ruler tattooed on his forearm to measure the size of a man’s penis. She revealed she’s reaping the benefits of going vegan in the bedroom, claiming there are “so many benefits” to being vegan.
“Bringing the power and stamina provided by plants into the bedroom allows for hours of mutual enjoyment with your partner, something that many couples lack in balance in quality and quantity,” Kiss told Jam Press.
She claims meat eaters are more likely to be “sweating and breathless” in bed.
“This means they have to stop moving as quickly as possible, and being vegetarian is a powerhouse of performance and endurance,” she said.
It turns out there’s a scientific basis for Keith’s erratic behavior in the bedroom.
Last year, researchers at Stanford University found that women’s sexual desire levels could increase by up to 383% if they followed a vegan diet.
“I’d rather be a sexual gymnast than a couch potato panting between the sheets,” Keith quipped.
She claims that some of the strongest animals in the world are herbivores, such as elephants, horses, deer, gorillas, and more, and believes that their “incredible strength and endurance” can be attributed to their plant-based diet.
Keith, who has been vegetarian for ten years, claims she has inspired “more than one” of her partners to switch to plant-based products, such as plant-based protein powders for their workouts.
“Despite being a vegetarian myself, I have never dated another vegetarian who was already incorporating more fruits and vegetables into their diet and reducing their meat and dairy intake , to reduce intake and focus on optimal health and nutrition,” she explains.
But she doesn’t want to “tell people how to live their lives.”
“It’s like losing weight, quitting smoking, or staying sober—a person can only change a bad habit if they are truly ready, not to please others,” Keys said.
However, she does recommend that everyone give it a try. She added that while it can be difficult, breaking habits “takes time and persistence” and is “worth it.”
“Keep your mindset stronger than your desires, take each day as it comes, and don’t let a little wobble throw you off track,” she advises.
“Without buying meat and dairy, you can have better health and a better bank balance, and a better sex life.”
She added: “No, giving and receiving oral pleasure with a partner does not mean you are not a true vegan, as no one is harmed or a life taken.”
