She drove crazy.
A model blinded the model after getting a one-star rating from a taxi driver and getting a message from his wife.
Brazilian influencer Kerolay Chaves, known for his curves, said she was returning home from the gym by taking a taxi with a ride-hailing app. Everything seemed to be completely normal, greeting the driver when he arrived.
It wasn’t until she got home that she noticed that he gave her a one-star review, telling Jam Press that she was “surprised” at the rating.
“Then his wife sent me a message through the app,” the 23-year-old fan-only creator recalled.
Apparently, the woman “regularly monitors her husband’s ride and ratings” and disagrees with Chaves’s dressing style.
“The woman explained that she didn’t like my clothes, and that’s why she got a negative rating,” she said. “She said she didn’t think my clothes were suitable for a taxi.”
Chaves was surprised by the woman’s behavior.
“I didn’t expect this reaction, especially from someone who didn’t even know me,” she said.
“I don’t think a partner should interfere with the other person’s personal choice [or monitoring their work]. ”
Despite her shock, she said she was “continuing” from her ordeal.
“I’m not going to file a formal complaint with the app because I know the situation is not about me, but about their relationship,” she explained.
But this is not the first time Chaves has reacted negatively to her outfit.
The only model was previously started from the supermarket because she was wearing light clothes, which she thought was a tip for “hot girls hot girls”.
“Just from the supermarket, I was bullied for wearing too short clothes,” Chaves wrote on Instagram at the time. “Some people looked at prejudice, others cursed me, and in the end, I was kicked out of the scene.”
“Rich” she said is “women are still treated this way, just because we wear the clothes we want.”
“The truth is, we went through it because we were so hot, that’s all.”
While wearing huge clothes, critics scolded her for shopping at the grocery store, saying she “embarrasses the decent people who are often there with their kids.”
“I think all of these insults have to do with the ‘hot girl phobia’ I face every day,” Chaves said at the time.
