The satisfaction gained from shaking the sheets is an important aspect of most romantic relationships.

Chinese medicine experts recommend that couples – especially those in their 20s – engage in a mind-blowing eye-rolling session every four days to improve relationships as well as personal health.

Supporters of the practice warn that “not having enough sex can lead to disease.”

Scientists at Walden University in Minnesota also found that women from Generation Zo to Baby Boomers had a 70% increased risk of death if they were not busy at least once a week.

So analysts at ZipHealth surveyed 1,000 partygoers from different generations in the US and UK and pinpointed the exact duration of each party to ensure optimal results.

According to the study, “Americans and Brits who are satisfied with their sex lives typically have sexual activity durations of 15 minutes foreplay, 15 minutes for intercourse, and 5 minutes for afterplay.”

However, the findings showed that couples who spent an extra five minutes on foreplay experienced more female orgasms than those who failed to put in the extra effort — a feat most Gen Z men have trouble helping their women achieve. Couples who watch porn multiple times a day are often able to enjoy a few extra minutes of boudoir bliss, the researchers said.

The findings echo a recent global poll by luxury lingerie brand Pour Moi, which found Saturday night at 10:09pm was the most popular time to orgasm.

“It’s so interesting to see how different people’s intimacy levels are around the world,” the naughty know-it-all said. “But also know that weekend evenings seem to be the most popular time for people to feel most relaxed and willing to spend quality time with their partner.”
