Looking for a modification for a flogger or impactor…

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice or recommendations on how to modify a whip or other impact implement for someone with limited hand control. Specifically, I’m interested in tools or modifications that would be suitable for someone with quadriplegia, arthritis, or other physical limitations that affect the hands. If anyone has experience with this or knows where to find a modified implement, I’d greatly appreciate your input! Thank you in advance!
