I think what you might need is some light bdsm gears ,

I do second an under the bed restraint system. There’s lots on etsy and most sex stores. Gives a lot of versatility with basic bondage.

The website above restricted senses has blindfolds with a nose cutout, that are divine. Being unable to see definitely adds a lot of sensation to sex, and their is by far the most blackout blindfold I’ve found, and super comfortable leather.

Padded bondage cuffs will be a bit expensive, but are super versatile. You can do about 1000 positions with them, and being able to struggle into the padding a bit is a lot fun.

I’m a huge fan of the [Sportsheets Under the Bed Restraint System] and recommend it to pretty much everyone (I even bought one for a friend last Christmas) because it’s extremely versatile and the quality is really good for the price. I’ve had mine for years and it’s still in great condition.

You can use it to cuff someone to a bed in various ways, and the weight of the mattress + body weight is enough to keep the whole system secure even if you’re not using all four cuffs. And because the cuffs are also detachable you can also use them by themselves or swap them out for fancier buckling ones. We leave our under the bed kit set up all the time and just toss the straps under the mattress between uses to hide them/keep them out of the way. But if you get creative you can also run the straps under other pieces of furniture like a couch or behind a door, etc. if you want to cuff someone to different things.

If you want actual leather gear, [Stockroom’s in-house line] is great quality, relatively inexpensive, and goes on sale frequently. I’ve got a leather collar, leash, hog-tie, blindfold, and a couple other things from them and have been happy with all of it.

Another really simple and super cheap option for restraining someone many different ways would be [bondage tape](which only sticks to itself, not to skin or hair). It’s technically reusable, but it’s a huge hassle to try and straighten back out after use, so I pretty much consider it single-use like any other tape. I like to use it to experiment with different types of restraints to help decide what gear is worth investing in. Just make sure to have safety scissors on hand in case you need a quick release and try to get tape that’s phthalate free.

If you want a good basic paddle that makes a satisfying thwack but isn’t super painful, I like the [Saffron Ping Pong Paddle]also from Sportsheets. Mine doesn’t get used very often because I tend to go for more intense impact, but I think it’d be great for beginners who are looking for something less intimidating.
