Looking for an insertable/grinder i can attach a dildo to

I feel like this must exist and I’m just searching the wrong terms.
What im looking for is a decent sized vaginal plug attatched to a grinder surface that’s flat on the outside so i can suction cup a dildo to it. This should exist right? Im just looking for something i can stick on the back of a dildo i have in a harness, so i get a bit of sensation but i can swap the dildo out.
I have a feeldoe type thing but the bulb is so tiny and the dick sucks, i just want something i can use with all my suction cup dildos.
Does anyone know where i can find something like this?
