Is this dildo actually silicone?

I stumbled upon a seller from a reputable marketplace in my country with decent reviews, and they told me it’s a liquid silicone material and costs around $42. But I’m not too sure, especially since it looks weird. What do you think? Should I buy it? Image: I’d actually like to buy something like Luminous since it has good reviews, but the prices here are ridiculous. All the major brands are selling for at least $100 and I have to pre-order them, including so-called “budget” options like the Blush Neo Elite. It’s really frustrating to be honest.
