Ghostly “experience”
Reports of spirit sex have been popping up in the media over the past few years, and I’m not just talking about movies like Ghost or Ghostbusters. A few celebrities have also taken to the sexual ghost train, most notably Lucy Liu, Ke$ha, and Anna Nicole Smith, who have all claimed to have experienced this “phenomenon.”
In another example, actress and musician Natasha Blasick decided to share her experience on a British morning talk show…
“Their hands pushed me unconsciously and then I could feel the weight of their bodies on me, but I couldn’t see anyone. I was confused at first, then I decided to relax and it was really pleasant and I really enjoyed it.”[sic]
They’re not the only ones getting media attention
Black Contract is a “good” witch, celebrity psychic, and ghost sex expert who speaks on the topic frequently.
Sian Jameson After a painful breakup with her boyfriend, she lives in a remote cabin and develops a sexual relationship with a 100-year-old ghost named Robert. “It was weird, but the sex was great!”
Amethyst Field One day, her fiancé came home early and saw “a man’s figure” on her through the window. From then on, she lost her fiancé. “As soon as my fiancé left, [we had sex] everywhere, [but] Always inside the building.”
Amanda Teague Married to her Haitian pirate ghost lover “Jack” – who looks a lot like Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean character. They are now co-authoring a book offering advice to those seeking a soul connection.
Has the world gone crazy?
Well, yes and no.
Fruit Loops have always been in the mix, but the idea of supernatural attraction was never new The idea. Vampire sex is a classic example. From Hollywood directors to housewives, everyone wants to lift up their skirts for Dracula.
Interesting Facts – Spectrophilic It is a term used specifically to refer to people who are awakened by ghosts.
We can even trace it back to the Salem witch trials, the medieval stories Succubus and nightmareancient Greek medical works, Old English literature, and Japanese demonic lore.
Our culture and history are full of them.
Is there a reasonable reason?
Although there is little research on the subject, there are some interesting theories as to why this happens.
1. Vivid Dreams – Some people experience vivid hallucinations during sleep or when awakened.
2. Sleep paralysis – A small percentage of people may experience sleep paralysis, where they wake up before the REM cycle is over and the physiological mechanism that prevents people from actually acting out in their dreams leaves them immobile but fully awake.
This is accompanied by a deep feeling of fear, difficulty breathing, hallucinations, and/or chest tightness. You experience intense fear and pain while helpless and completely frozen.
An even smaller percentage of this group reported experiencing pleasure, which makes sense because the same areas of our brains that process pain also process pleasure and release natural chemicals to compensate.
in conclusion
Whether it’s a scientific theory or a spiritual act, it doesn’t matter. Ghost sex isn’t going away anytime soon. And, even if you don’t believe in ghosts, it still makes for some pretty wacky roleplay.
