Find something to use as a throat plug

So I love deep throating, I used to put a small toy in my mouth and close my mouth, but that’s a choking/swallowing hazard. I’m looking for a dildo that has a ball or base so I can just hold it in my mouth and be safe (I know stories of people swallowing dildos whole…)
