Doxy USB-C

I recently bought my first Doxy, heard they were good but it was faulty so I received a replacement which was also faulty and would not turn on and there was a clicking noise. Has anyone else had issues with this model as I feel it is a manufacturing defect and for an expensive toy I expected more 😕
