Is the Doxy vibrator worth buying?

I am looking at the Doxy vibrator, it is quite expensive, does anyone have any feedback on it, is it worth the price? What are the differences between the different models. I currently have some basic vibrators for $30 but I find that they become numb after about 15 minutes of use. Does the Doxy fix this? I heard they use a different type of vibration.
