Domi 2 Getting Started:/

I recently bought the domi 2 and I actually hate it so much. Maybe it’s because I didn’t do enough research but it’s too powerful and can hurt people, it’s much bigger and heavier than I thought it would be, it’s extremely loud and it pauses randomly. I’m so frustrated I spent $100 on a toy I hate and I know I’m not going to get any refund 😕. I’ve used a smaller wand before and thought I would like the domi 2 because of that but maybe I’m just a beginner. The battery life on my mini wand is only an hour and I was looking for something with longer battery life. I wish I had never bought it and I don’t know what to do with it now. So not sure if I recommend it for beginners.
