Comment: Bad Dragon NOX Night Drake Dildo (+cum lubrication)

Back in 2022, I reviewed NOX, which disappointed me in some ways that weren’t related to the design itself, so I got a new one. Considering that this is my most popular review, the ordering issue was from ten years ago, I thought I would write an updated review to reflect the quality of the company today and share my thoughts about their lubricants.

Design and specifications

Bad Dragon is a well-known brand among fantasy sex toys. They add thousands of handmade toys every weekday, all made of high-quality silicone, and a variety of beautiful colors. They continue to expand their model lineup, which includes masturbator and fantasy and human dildos, with many dildos attracting the size of the size of the queens. With the size and popularity of the company, they are the introductions of fantasy toys by many and are able to support projects such as awards ceremony that bring a larger spotlight into the space.

There are some controversies related to the bad dragon. I’ve seen enough questions over the years – like recently allegedly copied products from a copy of the tail of an independent furry clothing company, or using rising sun images in its Haooris, which are advertised as kimonos, which I personally preferentially purchased from independent brands or used*.

It’s hard to find the latest list of Bad Dragon related and verified issues. If you do find the information, I recommend taking it with a grain of salt, verifying what you can do and making your own judgment. Not all rumors are true (such as using silicone below PAR or BD that creates a life cycle), some are very old or no longer relevant to the current business situation (such as the actions of former employees), but some can be verified via screenshots or activity pages.

I don’t ask others not to buy from them. They are a huge company with high product availability and a large catalogue and I try not to judge anyone’s purchase decisions, but I do encourage everyone to make an informed purchase decision. Given their popularity and presence in the second-hand market, I plan to continue reviewing the bad dragon toys I already have so people can make informed purchases, but it is unlikely that I will buy them directly from them again as they continue to put their money into the tastelessness and the things that hurt independent creators in my eyes.

*Platinum cured silicone can be disinfected at home, so there are fantasy sex toys in the second-hand market. I myself bought a lot of toys from trusted community members, including some of my bad dragon dildos.

NOX is a dragon dildo with a zoom base. The head has three gentle spikes along the ridge, entering a small piece along the top of the axis. The bottom and bottom have a muscle texture, and the veins extend along the sides of the axis. The first 2/3 of the shaft is soft and the curve is very strong.

My initial NOX gave me a different feeling. I’ve been disappointed with the colors. Bad Dragon lost my original multi-color stock toys and could only be rewarded with a single solid color. Since I used it with silicone lubricants and condoms (usually lubricated with silicone lubricants), before I knew the negative interaction between silicone penis and silicone lubricants, the surface has been sticking in an unpleasant way. However, the design and specifications were good for me. I usually prefer not to buy duplicates of the dildo model, but when I see the perfect color, I decided to grab a replacement so that I can finally put the Sad Sad Purple nox on hold.

NOX is medium in size, over 8 inches in height, available 7 inches, and has a waist diameter of 2.1 inches (6.5 inches circumference). This is comparable to many medium-sized dildos. In the medium-hard 00-50, NOX has a considerable amount of squeeze. The finish is matte but not rough.

The difference between my Noxes is small. The older upper axis has a significant tilt, which makes it harder to stand upright, but the size is the same. The newer has a slightly defined skin texture that makes it look rougher, but the surface texture feels the same. Of course, the new ones don’t have the old stickiness.

The color is called midnight stroke: threads of black, white and gold threads pass through glittering silicone-free (naturally cloudy). It’s perfect for my Typhon style pour. Although Bad Dragon uses many stock photos of named colors in stock, some quality colors can take unique photos, just like this one.

The medium-sized NOX starts at $120. Midnight Coloration’s brushstrokes have a high fee of $40, so the quota is $160. Bad Dragon occasionally sells on older stock, so I managed to buy the mine for $144 after a 10% discount.

I also ordered the medium Orochi, medium Nova and a bottle of cum lubricant. The packaging arrives with some small seasonal foods and tissue paper with dildos printed on it.

Use (vaginal)

NOX fits me very comfortably. It doesn’t feel like the filling I first got it, but it’s still satisfying in terms of size.

The bulge at the top of the shaft has some locks, giving a natural stop point before the waistline at the bottom of the shaft increases. Soft bulges like this are perfect for feeling full of emotion. Whether it’s riding or thrust, especially with this gentle texture, it’s very easy to slide in and out. This makes it perfect for use with accessories like handles.

It’s long enough to hit my point A and has the correct curve and head shape to operate consistently. When thrust, the stimulation of G-Spot stimulation is not as reliable, but is still easy to manage. When turning, the bottom is on my front wall, the curve is nice but not strong, which gives me a wide G-spot stimulation.

The texture is subtle enough that I can’t be sure of using itbut I can recognize the additional friction and stimulation. Although it doesn’t stand out as much as I like, it works with the overall model. The shape itself does a great job of targeting all the right places. The matte surface adds a lot of friction, which enhances the overall feel, although this feeling can be minimized by adding a lot of extra lubricant.

The ridge at the head was gentle enough that it didn’t pop out, but it was worth noting that I could feel it constantly pressing against my front wall. It is difficult to produce models with spikes pointing outward or downward, so spikes on the head are smoothed to the shaft, making it gentler than it looks.

NOX is good for both riding and thrust. The base is heavy enough to place it on a flat surface and is large enough for a stable grip when thrust. The shaft brushes on the bottom of my clitoris (thanks to the T), which is a nice extra thrill and the ride is better suited to keep rubbing the head against my G-spot.

Like most dildos, grinding on the base didn’t work for me. Nor is the action towards the axis. It’s too smooth to be fun and too slippery.

In use (oral)

Only the head fits my mouth. The tip is very comfortable, but the ridge is a stretched thorn and my teeth are scraped on it, so I prefer to just pick up the tip. That said, once the ridge is inside, my chin is pretty good. The easiest use for my tongue, the upside down on my head, is a pleasant entry.

Unfortunately, it’s too big for my taste, but definitely doable for those who enjoy the challenge (or bigger than my mouth).

Cum lubrication

Bad dragon’s cum lubricant with my body was fine. Its 8-ounce bottle costs $7 and it’s cheaper in terms of lubricants. This is the only water-based white lubricant I can find, not silicone/hybrid lubricant, no parabens, no glycerin. pH is said to be ideal for vaginal use. This is the lubricant I use most now. I like to spin my lubricant with Sliquid H2O because I know cum lubricant doesn’t have the ideal vaginal use specifications. I’ve had the smallest problem with Bad Dragon’s Lube over the last few years, but if I use it in all my gaming classes, it does make me feel a little funky and therefore requires rotation.

It works as I expected: a little drizzle makes things smooth enough; I may need more lubricant for a bigger or more textured dildo; and I don’t need to reapply often. (This seems to be the baseline expectation, but there are obviously some lubricants that don’t meet that standard.) It’s a bit sticky/wire, but not as good as the K-Lube.

The visual volume is great, but it won’t last long. After a little penetration, it spreads enough to make it no longer look white. I like to drip some visuals on my skin, but it’s not as thick and white as it’s in the bottle, especially when it drips/oozes out. If I used more, that might make the white vision last longer, but I would rather not be able to lubricate it with light quickly.

Lubricants are both transparent and white, and there is no difference in price.

Comprehensive

The Bad Dragon NOX is carefully designed and used wonderfully. It has a curve that I like the A-point stimulation. For me, this is the right size and still a favorite in this regard. In use, the new NOX is roughly the same as my old NOX, but there is no old NOX.

If someone’s shopping bad dragon, I would recommend this model so that people dip their toes into the waters of fantasy toys, like A-Spot Stim, like low text toys, or like sizes. If you are buying lubricants and buying from them, I also recommend checking their cum lubricants; it may not meet the ideal specifications for vaginal use, but it is one of the few water-based white lubricants on the market with the lowest negative ingredients.

That said, considering Bad Dragon’s concerns, I suggest you check out the Indian Islands first if you haven’t fixed it on some kind of bad dragon model.
