Can you recommend a dildo with a larger head?

Hi! I’m looking for a big head dildo. Like the mushroom dick others have said. I prefer something soft on the outside but firm on the inside. My partner found this listing on Etsy but the store said they don’t ship to the Philippines. I found another one. I know sex toys aren’t allowed to be imported here but I can’t find this one in any of my local online stores. I read here that some people don’t label it as a sex toy and avoid using EMS? I guess that’s a shipping method. DHL, FedEx, and UPS are better options.
