Can anyone suggest any Male oriented NON-ANAL wearable toys?

Like I know sheaths exist but they seem more partner oriented than wearer. I’ve always been interested in wearable toys but nothing is going in my butt and other than a cockring there doesn’t seem to be any real options. I don’t even think i’ve even seen internally textured sheaths that double as a stroker or anything like that unless it’s cheap tpe .
