Zolo Blowstation is dead right out of the box

I bought a Zolo Blowstation male masturbator at a local sex shop, took it home to charge it, and after charging it, the device would not turn on. I contacted Zolo’s customer service and am waiting for a response, but has anyone experienced a similar situation?
