Newbies get confused, then realize this is normal

All new people come in a little shy, not knowing what to expect, and almost without exception, feel overwhelmed by the “normal” of it all. Gone are the days of old folks in raincoats, dimly lit, darkened rooms… I always hear comments about how approachable the staff are, and almost everyone seems overwhelmed by the variety of products we have and impressed by how relaxed the atmosphere of the store is. Yes, times have definitely changed, thank goodness.

Our job is to give you peace of mind and help you

As sales consultants, our job is to make our clients feel as comfortable as possible. We work hard to remove any preconceptions our clients may have about our services and welcome them into our magical world.

It’s great that we have so many options, but it’s really helpful for people who have never been to an adult store to simplify everything. This may sound a little strange, but I have several friends who work in nursing or medical fields, and I often feel like I have more in common with them than I do with the people who work in a shoe store. We are so privileged to know these personal things about people.
