Womanizer Setup Issues

Hi everyone. I recently bought a womanizerpro40 for my girlfriend but I feel like I’m having some trouble getting it installed. I have the main unit, the nozzle, and the rubber band that came with it. Is the rubber band placed directly under the removable part? Every time I put it on it seems to detach the head. I turn it on and put my finger on the nozzle but I only feel a little bit of air at the lowest level. At higher levels it just seems to vibrate. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
