Womanizer Premium 2

So there’s a good chance I’m going to have to file a warranty claim on this, but as a last ditch effort. I’ve had my womanizer for over a year now and it actually worked yesterday. Today when I tried to start it up it lights up like it’s on. But none of the buttons have any effect. It lights up fine and is fully charged. It’s like the motor decided to stop working overnight haha. There’s no vibration/air pressure from the toy at all? No sound either. I’ve tried resetting it while it’s charging and holding the +- button to turn off smart mute. Has anyone else experienced this? I know there seem to be some issues with womanizers all the time (and air stimulation toys in general in my experience) but come on!
