Woman tracking dating app competition

Spreadsheet tracking dating app matching.

In today’s wild world of digital dating – sitting down and sliding endlessly will only make you go too far.

That’s why Caitlin Trask, 32, decided to double down on his efforts by creating a “human directory” to track all the promising men she matched on the dating app (for research).

“Sorry, I can’t go out tonight, I have 513 people in my man directory that have to be recorded.” In the Tiktok video she posted, desperate romanticism was heard, and he used the method of ridicule her.

Trask’s dating strategy is strategic. Although she lives in Denver, Colorado, she deliberately changed her location on the app to various cities to see which lovers she will match.

Once she receives the expected notification, she enters her Excel spreadsheet to increase the age, height, city in life, work, religion and political stance.

While it sounds like a crazy job where some people will have their eyes wide open, Trask tells people that her reason to organize these potential suitors is to see which city finds her chance to find someone she has compatible with.

“Most of the people I find are my usual type, which means they have curls, smiles and funny tips in their profiles,” she told The Outlet.

“I seem to be able to have interesting conversations with me are people I usually find.”

Apparently, she is a data girl because she tells people that she likes to analyze her findings to discover patterns of dating preferences—like her type in Boston, Massachusetts, is a 6-foot-2-inch person.

“The ultimate goal is to visit the places where I found the singlest men that I have consistent with and to visit there and see if there is anything,” Trask said in the interview.

Trask’s research resonates with many online people.

One commenter joked: “Stem women collect data.”

“Last year, I’ve been dating/romance diary and it’s very helpful for being able to go back and know why these guys are horrible lol,” someone agreed with Trask’s extra effort.

“I need this in a low profile,” the others quipped.

Of course, there are some opponents.

“We spend too much time thinking about men. They aren’t even willing to read our profile. Enough.”

Another commenter wrote: “By the way, there are so many levels of red flags.”
