Where can I buy this clitoral stimulator/toy?

[I’ve had this for years and the battery is starting to get busted.](I can’t remember where I bought it from, as it was a long time ago. There’s no branding on it. There are three buttons on the back – from top to bottom they are speed, power, and mode. Mode changes the vibration from the head for the clitoris to the shaft for penetration. There’s the CE mark in the middle of the inside, and I think some safety warnings (it’s hard to make out). Does anyone recognize it? Or, if I can’t get it again and need to replace it, what clitoral stimulator would you most recommend?
