we-vibe melt malfunction?

while turning toy down/off and holding down the minus button, it now wont turn back on, and the light is solidly on; when i connect the charger it does the slow light pulse, but when disconnected the light remains solid on. have tried plugging and unplugging it, pressing each button on theor own or together, holding down for varying numbers of seconds, but absolutely no response 🙁 cannot even get it to activate bluetooth. cant find anything in the manuals about a solid indicator light when not plugged in
