Wand Battery Removal

Hi Hi~ Recently had issues removing the batteries on my wand and replacing them with new ones. The wand is the Touche Wand Massager from ToyJoy. You are supposed to unscrew the cap on the bottom and pull out the cartridge which contains the batteries. However, no matter what I did I could not get the cartridge to pop out and put in the new batteries. (I and others have tried numerous times) Any suggestions or comments are welcome, thanks for reading <3
