The ultimate summer ray of detox before wedding
Who is ready to look and feel the best this summer? I know I am.
The wedding season is in full swing. It’s my official wedding season and like you (Hum Family), I want to look and feel the best at every event (including reception). I am a self-proclaimed health and wellness nut, which means I take care of myself without deprivation and stress. This is the method.
The situation at hand
Let’s rewind…
As summer approaches, my wedding calendar is full and I know I have to adjust something in my daily routine so that I can see and feel the best. From perfecting my complementary lineup to feeding and weightlifting during the feeding season, this strategy is – and – is maximizing my efforts in these areas. You can refer to your daily activities as “Wedding Guest Glowup Detox”.
In this article, I will provide you with the ins and outs of my healthy routine that can help me look and fit best for events, summer trips, and other shows.
Health check
First of all, I always take a look at my feelings and ask myself the following questions:
- How is my sleep?
- How does my skin look like?
- Is my digestion on track or can I use some TLC?
- Are my menstrual symptoms mild, moderate or severe?
Seasonal meal
Let farmers sell your best friend. That’s what I did a few years ago. Eating in the season brings me joy and peace of mind, so it relaxes my body. Because I am feeding my own organic products, it reassures me that it allows me to think more and eat more now. How does this factor become a “detox”? The spirit and the body go hand in hand. There is no way to solve this problem. If my mind is at ease knowing that I’m eating the best produce and fishing, I can let go and the more allowance I give my body a relaxation and connect with food.
Skin routine
My skin is always an incredible indicator of my body’s ability to detoxify correctly and to have my hormones gut checked. I rarely (if any) have flaws. They like to show up before my period in the “hormonal zone”. I pay attention to things like: hydration, tone, blunt, pores and dark circles.
Not lying, I feel that my skin has been glowing due to gut instinct, a good diet and some facials from Dakota aesthetics. But there is always room for improvement. For the light before the wedding, in addition to the daily gut instinct probiotics, I also added Hum’s hyaluronic gummy to my daily work.
My morning skin routine swore to swear by Vitamin-C Serum, Facial Oil, Moisturizer and SPF! Night routines do not have deep cleansing, retinol, eye cream and facial oils. Hydration, hydration, hydration!
Supplement accordingly
My supplemental lineup is directly related to my goals and physical needs (based on blood surveys). For my pre-wedding glow, I chose daily cleaning and intuitive daily work.
