The newest club in town: Welcome to Hum Health Club

On Tuesday, March 4, Hum Nutrition hosted a comprehensive wellness event to celebrate the community through food, fun and exercise. The event had more than 200 health influencers attending, including biohacking sites, including lymphatic drainage massages and suspended studios for frigid plunges. There are cosmetic treatments such as facials and acupointing (Hello Pression -Points!). Guests participate in kimchi balls, Pilates and sound baths and come with delicious drinks with Flatter Me Glp-1 reinforced fiber powder (YUM!).

The fun doesn’t stop there. Hygiene-centric snacks and food (think grass-fed burgers, fries and pastries) to keep guests fueled and energetic.
