Does anyone here have BMS products like the Swan Maximum or the Pillow Talk Sassy or their other ones?
My Swan Maximum worked for a grand total of 2 months before it conked out. They shipped me a replacement (for which I paid import charges), which gave away after 2 weeks. I got another replacement 2 weeks ago and to no one’s surprise, it’s dead again.
I have to send repeated reminders to have my emails addressed and they’re saying their policy doesn’t allow refunds.
Has anyone else had a run in with BMS customer service? Am I just spectacularly unlucky or has anyone else seen their BMS products not work after a while?
No wonder their warranty period is just 3 months – sheesh!
