I wanted to get a replacement for my dildo but was told by the team at Love to Love that the dirt and damage inside did not qualify for warranty! I took a video screenshot of my initial claim due to the loss of the actual product and sent a third email stating why I should get a replacement. They simply told me screenshots were not enough and I needed photos. Why!? I felt anxious like a drug addict yelling at their dealer. – UPDATE: HappyBed sent a replacement after just one email. Very happy with their customer service.
Such a shame…warranty is hard!
