Soft squishy tip vibrator

My partner has a black standard vibrator which has since died totally, we have been looking for a replacement however where ever we look we have been unable to find on a squishy,can’t even find where I bought the broken one from.

Just some extra info the tip has the silicone layer on the outside and under that I some thin bag like plastic with goes over motor which seems to make It more squishy.
