So how often should people clean disposable dolls?

So I’ve read on multiple sex doll manufacturer websites that you shouldn’t clean your sex doll every day, as opposed to other sex toys which are “every 2-4 weeks regardless of use” which shouldn’t cause Wear and tear. Like I said, this is multiple manufacturers and they don’t use the word “sterilize” they use the word “clean”. I find this confusing as it doesn’t look very hygienic.
