Small safe dildo brand

Hi! I have vaginismus so was looking for some smaller dildos so I could move on to a larger one. I impulsively ordered a cheap dildo online and when it arrived I was shocked by the rubbery smell and weird powdery texture which got me researching the dangers of PVC sex toys. I immediately threw it away and have been looking for body safe dildos, such as smaller sized silicone dildos. Do you have any advice, especially for beginners to dildos/insertion?
