Small batch Xlube recipes?

I got some Xlube to replace the Sliquid Sassy I’ve been using. I have a 4 oz squeeze bottle that I got to mix it in. I’ve kinda eyeballed it but it should be about 1/4th of a heaping cap. Does anyone know a good measurement in teaspoons for a small batch, as I wouldn’t be able to use the full size batch in time. I don’t have a scale to measure powder weight.

It’s for anal use. The mixture I have seems somewhat stringy which is good, but doesn’t seem to cling to silicone toys well. After a few thrusts I can feel the toy starting to drag, even if I prelubed myself with my fingers. Is there an optimal mixture ratio to prevent that?
