Satisfyer pro 2 next gen broken?

Hi, was just looking for advice. I got it a year and a half ago and just replaced the charger for it so I am hoping there is a way to fix it. When I press the on button it just flashes red for a second and then stops. Holding it down just makes it flash white and red. This is after being on charge as normal. Any advice? Thank you so much
