Reputable sellers and brands with safety/hygiene seals

Beginner here thinking about buying a very first toy. I have contamination ocd and very concerned with used and returned toys. Of course most reputable sellers don’t allow returns on opened products but it is easy to “fake” that a used product is unused if the box has no safety seal. I am liking packagings like the satisfyer ones with the safety tear strip that gives you reassurance it hasn’t been opened. Any recommendations for brands like that? Also need recommendations for reputable online shops that explicitly state a strict no return policy on anything intimate once it leaves the warehouse. Thanks in advance!
