Rabbit Vibe not working after sitting in closet for years?

not sure if this is the right sub but i bought the “Show Me The Bunny” vibe from PinkCherry back in 2022 and then didn’t touch it after its first use bc i moved home. i just remembered i had it, so i wanted to try it out but the vibe no longer works? i tried charging it fully and the rotating tip still works, but not the vibe. it’s rechargable so i’m not sure what to do.

does anyone have any advice? thank you in advance!
