Proud Trad wife insists she looks beautiful

A modern “Leave to Beaver” family.

In an age where many women are trying to get rid of traditional gender roles, Maria West did the exact opposite – proudly owning the title of becoming a “traditional wife.”

The Seattle woman is nothing more than becoming a full-time mom and wife, while her real estate husband goes out to work all day.

Most days, the 30-year-old can be found at home, fulfilling her family duties, taking care of her family and following their homes – she does it all while wearing a full-blown makeup face, sometimes in summer outfits and a smile on her face.

“I don’t want to look like a boy,” the mother of two told Jam.

“Even in the chaos of maternity, I want to feel soft, beautiful and rooted.”

The 30-year-old said it was not futile that she wanted to look and feel good when she satisfies her family’s needs.

“I want to reflect the love and care for my home, my husband and children – it starts with how I carry myself,” she told the media.

“Sometimes, it’s the full face of makeup and clothes, sometimes it’s a brushed ponytail and matching lounge – but I always try.”

West admits that her attitude is very unique – especially nowadays.

“Culture tells women that they are afraid of being abandoned, busy, and choose independence rather than intimacy. My rebellion is to establish something with my husband and show my children that mothers are powerful, not passive,” she said.

And, this mom isn’t the only one who embraces the sourdough making, having dinner on the table before the 6pm lifestyle.

California mom and influential person Gretchen Adler lead a similar life – but her suzy housewife takes a step forward.

Adler has become all the rage on social media in the kitchen, making classic junk food unprocessed for her family, such as homemade cheez-its and Oreos.

“I think a lot of women are looking for this way of life,” Adler, 38, told The Post.

“They want to take it home. They want to get out of the fast-paced lifestyle of the work environment, the mindset of the boss Babe, they just want to go home.”

“I don’t think it needs negative meaning at all,” she added.

Although these women have been criticized by others, they don’t seem to be shocked by this.

“Some people think choosing a family means you’re being suppressed or have few thoughts, which is a crazy thing, considering that I’m just making soup here and thinking about my own business,” West told Jam.

“And if anyone thinks that being at home is not really a job, I invite them to keep a child alive, feed the kitchen counter and 12 hours in a row – [where there are] No rest, no reward. ” she said.
