🏭 Factory Closure Period

Our manufacturing facilities will observe the Chinese New Year holiday from January 25 to February 10, 2025. All production operations will pause during this period to allow our staff to celebrate with their families.

📦 Order & Shipping Impact

• Last Pre-Holiday Shipments: Orders placed before January 15, 2025 will ship by January 22.
• Post-Holiday Resumption: Production resumes February 11, 2025. New orders received during the holiday will queue for immediate processing upon return.
• Delivery Delays: Expect shipping delays for orders placed after January 15. We recommend ordering early to avoid extended wait times.

✉️ Support Availability

Customer support will operate at reduced capacity (January 27–31) and close completely for the core holiday week (February 1–8). Email responses may take up to 72 hours during this period.

🔧 Post-Holiday Recovery

Our factories will resume full operations on February 11, 2025, with expedited workflows to minimize backlog. Restocking and order fulfillment will prioritize pre-holiday backlogs first.
