Possibility of contracting STDs through toys

Hi, I recently bought a new toy and the box was damaged. I’m not sure if it was due to a return or if it happened during shipping. After using it, I’ve been wondering if I could get an STD if the toy was used by someone. The packaging was intact but the person who returned it (if that’s the case) was probably just being careful. I cleaned it with hand sanitizer before using it. The toy is made of TPE and is a sleeve. Is it possible that I could get some kind of disease from using that toy? I know I’m paranoid but I want to make sure I’m ok or I’ll have to spend money on a test.
