Njoy pure plug small vs medium?

Thinking about purchasing one of these and was going to get the small but after reading the reviews most people said to get the medium. The difference is .25″ so doesn’t seem like much? I had a fun fab small booty a few years ago. Have done anal in the past but not recently. Really have no issues with partners thumb though. Please help! I’m almost thinking about getting the small booty again but want something a little more perky to wear during PIV. Edit: I’m petite so not sure if that makes a difference. 5’0″, about 100 lbs
