Men looking for a toy pillow/doll to simulate the missionary position

Looking for a toy (at a reasonable price) to replicate the missionary position. Has anyone used something like the linked picture? From what I’ve heard it’s probably a vinyl one with a masturbation cup similar to an onahole/fleshlight and about 3 feet long. I’m not looking for a silicone life-size doll, too expensive, not to mention pretty scary and heavy. I had a plain old plastic blow-up doll many years ago but the seam could be felt at the end of the hole. Maybe those are made better now but something like this is the only other item I’ve come across that can replicate the missionary position 🤣 (no pun intended).
