I have a friend who was born in the United States to Christian parents who fled a Muslim country. Yesterday at church he thanked me for the work I have done in my marriage. He told me that a happy Christian couple is a powerful witness to Muslims.
While it won’t work out as well for other groups, I think a strong, happy marriage is a great testimony for everyone.
There are a lot of bad marriages in the world, and there are a lot of good but unhappy marriages. Imagine if Christian couples were significantly happier than normal people.
If we all live our marriages according to what the Bible tells us, this is exactly what will happen.
Every part of our lives is a testimony for or against Christ. Those who follow Jesus are on display 24/7.
