Magic Wand Rechargeable Super Powerful Cordless Vibrator vs…

I’m looking to buy my wife a wand. I want a cordless one of course, but some sites have “extra strong” and “extra deluxe strong” ones. She has a LoveHoney brand mini wand that she loves, but I’d like to upgrade. Does anyone know if the “deluxe” is possible for an extra $30 (the non-deluxe version is on sale)?
