Magic Wand Plus

My wife and I are on our third Magic Wand. We first used the original wand and it broke after a year or so. I bought a Magic Wand Plus to replace the original. It worked great for a while. Finally, when she was about to orgasm, it died. The charge would gradually die and then it would just die. Now I have bought a second Magic Wand Plus and it seems weak compared to the one that had the charge issue. I am very disappointed with this brand. Has anyone else had similar issues?
