Looking for toy for wife

My wife (f31), and I (m32) are having trouble with pleasurable intercourse. We think she has a hormone imbalance, because something is preventing her from getting horny. She is petite, so her vagina is quite small. What are some good recommendations for toys to open up her down there? It hurts her when I’m hard inside her (like a burning sensation), but still feels a tad uncomfortable for her when semi-hard. Is this a result of her not being horny and not having enough natural lube? We have tried plenty of times with lube, estrogen pills, libido pills, getting off birth control, etc. and so far, nothing has worked. Thanks in advance!
